Teaming up with a shared purpose, The Agile Communications Agency and Hutch Agency collaborate to bring to life a ground-breaking UK-government initiative. The goal? Empower businesses to navigate the shift towards a greener future through Transition Planning, to unlock financial resources needed to achieve net zero. 

The TPT was announced a COP26 in Glasgow and launched in April 2022 to establish the gold standard for transition plans. The TPT has engaged globally with financial institutions, real economy corporates, policymakers, regulators and civil society to develop its materials
